Privately owned caravan on a 'Park Resorts' village park.

This 35ft. long caravan is ½ a mile from a lovely sandy beach with a view over the trees to the sea at Borth, Nr Aberystwyth, Mid-Wales.

The caravan has three bedrooms (one double, one with two singles and the third has one single bed and a bunk) and is fully equipped with the EXCEPTION of personal things like duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels etc. The colour television is remotely controlled and there is also a radio-cassette, fridge-freezer and microwave oven.

Gas, Electricity and Park passes are FREE

Outside there is a paved patio with a large table, six chairs and a sun parasol, a small lawn with flower beds completes the picture.
